Community Matter is an employee-led philanthropic initiative that was founded by The Radius Group as a way to give back to the communities we impact across our brand portfolio. Ever since then, Community Matters has been working in close collaboration with community partners to support youths who are facing poverty, mental health, and addiction. To become part of the long-term solution, we help youths build the lives they want to live, through event planning, financial sponsorships, and volunteering hours.

Every year, our Community Matters team is responsible for determining the recipients of the company's charitable efforts. This year, we've chosen to partner with Pacific Community Resource Society (PCRS) to work together and help youth overcome adversity by providing a breadth of quality resources in youth education, employment, housing, substance abuse, mental health, and family services. With this, we hope to create a safe space for youth to come together, acquire new skill sets, navigate through challenges, and foster a sense of belonging.
